If you are a self starter, this line of work can be quite lucrative. Once you gain experience and billing software, you will be able to work from home if you like. However, this work can tend to tedious and quite involved once you get the hang of it.

Well, one of the things that I would recommend for you to be able to get that much work done every day is by taking up the right medical billing and coding training. Same as to any kind of job, education and preparation are the best keys to success.
